How long does setup take?

About five minutes: you install the app, open the Satrano dashboard inside Salla, answer the policy questions, and the banner appears on your store right away.

Does Satrano make my store compliant with the law?

Satrano gives you the tools the law usually asks for: clear consent, policies, a log, and a way to handle data subject requests. But compliance is your responsibility as the merchant, and Satrano is not a substitute for legal advice on your case.

Does it stop the Snapchat, TikTok and Meta pixels?

On the Pro plan, the ones connected through Satrano run only after the shopper agrees. Tools connected directly in your Salla settings get partial protection, and the checkout page is outside Satrano's reach.

Will my ad sales tracking be affected?

Satrano keeps your catalog and the Conversions API as they are, and only holds back the browser pixel until the shopper agrees. A shopper who says no is not counted through the browser, and that is what is required.

Where is my shoppers' data stored?

On Satrano's server in Riyadh. The consent log is kept for 24 months. We do not sell any data, and we use it only to provide our service to you.

What happens if I uninstall the app?

The banner disappears from your store at once, and your data with us is deleted permanently after 30 days. If you install it again before then, you will find everything as you left it.

What is the difference between the plans?

Basic covers the banner and the policies in Arabic and English, the log and the requests. Pro adds pixel management, Google consent mode and data subject request exports. Advanced adds the compliance assistant, hiding our logo and priority support.
